Hi Parents,
There will be a quiz on Monday over sections 4.4 - 4.7. I gave the students a list of terms to study, but they also need to review the sections. I can see from my desk that several students decided to leave their books and spirals here for the weekend. I will have to check and see how these students do on the quiz.
Due Monday is the rough draft of outline for the Review of Literature. On Tuesday, they must bring their resources to be checked by me. Included in the resources should be a book, an encyclopedia article (copied, if you wish) and any other source like another encyclopedia article (or several) and Internet articles printed so I can actually see them. Please do not use Wikipedia as a source of information. The site is editable and this can alter the information that your student may come upon at any one time. They can use it to get ideas, but not as reference material. Wednesday they need to turn in corrections for the Table of Contents, Acknowledgments, Purpose, and Hypothesis. After that, the first set of paragraphs for the review of literature will be due on March 14.
